Privacy policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose, and on what legal basis.
Last updated: September 2026
Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is SPORT LIVE d.o.o., Ulica Mak Dizdara 14, 23000 Zadar, Croatia, e-mail: info@sportlive.hr. No data protection officer has been appointed, as none is required by law.
Server log files
When you open this website, the hosting provider automatically records the information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the page previously visited. This data serves only the secure and stable operation of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and troubleshooting). Retention period: [ to be completed ].
Hosting
This website is hosted by a service provider that processes the above data on our behalf: [ to be completed — name and address of the hosting provider ]. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with that provider.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to us by e-mail, we process the details you send — name, e-mail address and the content of your message — solely in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete this data once the enquiry has been dealt with in full, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. If you use the icon at the top right to switch between light and dark appearance, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the page looks the way you left it on your next visit. This entry never leaves your device and is not read by us. You can delete it at any time through your browser settings.
Google Fonts
To display text consistently, this website uses the typeface „Barlow Condensed“ from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser fetches the font file directly from a Google server (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), and your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent presentation). The font can alternatively be served from our own server, which removes the connection to Google entirely.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not pass your data to third parties, other than to the service providers named above within the purposes described, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Your data is not sold.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
A message to info@sportlive.hr is enough to exercise any of these rights.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Croatia the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr), or the authority in your country of residence.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever the technology used on this website or the applicable law changes.
